Frank Siniscalchi

Frank has spent the last thirty years developing, implementing and maintaining continuous improvement based quality process systems for companies in various manufacturing fields. He has facilitated continuous improvement teams, train personnel in team problem solving skills, motivate personnel toward goal achievements and set monitoring parameters. He holds Certifications in Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing and Quality Improvement from the American Society for Quality. He has extensive project management experience and can converse easily with customers, suppliers upper management and line employees. He has familiarity with, FDA Regulation 21 part 210 & 211, 820, (cGMP) and ISO 9000/2008.

His philosophy of continuous improvement requires a systematic approach to increasing the value of your product or service in the eyes of your customers. That means you must define your process. Set metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of that process. Make adjustments to correct anything which does not contribute to a successful operation and then monitor those corrections. You improve, then improve some more and then you do it again. A well run business must continue to evolve within the frame work of its culture, its goals and its employees.

This personalized approach stresses the importance of adapting any continuous improvement process to a company’s culture. No one process works for all groups. Each group has unique strengths that define it. Frank has always worked to understand a company’s group dynamics or personality and then creates a process in which they feel comfortable. The one basic philosophy he follows is that teams succeed more than individuals.
